The Hotel: Qunita da Comporta  is beautiful hotel in the middle of rice fields, it will take your breath away. 

Location: Comporta is located only 2h30 hrs plane ride from Geneva and 1 hr drive from the airport of Lisbon.

Planning: Start your day with a detoxifying and replenishing green juice before delving into a HIIT class with Cyril, we will finish the class with Olivia who will relax your body & stretch your limbs. After the delicious/ healthy lunch you will then depending on the day be able to relax at the pool without a care in the world or go take a surfing lesson on a beautiful beach.  In the evening enjoy a sunset relaxation class followed by a healthy dinner.
