Get a workout that increases core strength and improves posture, whilst increasing flexibility and reducing stiffness. The Pilates exercises are aimed at strengthening the core abdominal muscles, which support the spine and assist in good posture. The aim is to perform exercises that tone the whole body so that alignment and body awareness is improved. Traditional yoga poses are also taught in order to increase joint mobility and improve muscle flexibility to increase suppleness and reduce tension. Yogalates utilizes deep breaths, which encourages consciousness of breathing during movement in a bid to assist the mind and body.
Please note the cancellation policy for all bookings is 24 hrs. Cancelled classes after that time will be charged the full amount for the class. If a class is cancelled before the 24 hours deadline, you will be refunded the same way you made the payment.
