Join us on this unbelievably authentic retreat for a three-day, two-night mule caravan combining hiking with itinerant bivouacs guided by Equipée Liotard and yoga sessions taught by Victoire Harth. Departing from the Cistercian Abbey of Léoncel – a 2:45 hours drive from Geneva and just an hour’s drive from Valence TGV – the journey crosses a small plateau of breathtaking beauty, with its centuries-old beech forests, and includes an overnight stay on an adjoining alpine pasture on the western Vercors plateau. Accompanied by mules, we will explore a region at the crossroads of Alpine, Continental, and Southern influences—a land nestled between the Ambel plateau and the spectacular Omblèze gorges, where rivers and waterfalls flow joyfully.
