These lunches are designed for all women who are in their 40+ phase of their lives.

This event is a 3-part series: You will need to attend all 3 lunches to get the most benefit. Please note that the price covers all 3 lunches. During each lunch, a different subject related to perimenopause and menopause will be discussed. If for whatever reason you can not attened one of the lunches, a video of the talk will be sent to you. 

Sheila Malkani will guide us through the journey of being over 40 and aging gracefully and feeling our best. During these sessions, we'll dive into how hormones impacts your metabolic health, brain function, biomarkers, stress resilience, and more. Most importantly, we'll address your questions, dispel common myths, and help you develop a personalized plan to not just "survive" this phase of your life, but to transform it into an opportunity to emerge more vibrant, stronger, and potentially even healthier than you were in your 30s.
