Welcome to the inaugural Just Mom and Me Retreat!
This weekend has been meticulously crafted for you and your child, providing an opportunity to rekindle your connection through the practice of yoga with Agnes Gliozzo from Paris, alongside a variety of enriching activities. In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, time often eludes us. This weekend, seize the chance to savor precious moments with your child, engage in meaningful conversations with fellow mothers who share your values, and explore vital topics together.
Where
In Switzerland, in the canton of Valais, in the village of Les Cerniers, at the foot of the Dents-du-Midi mountain range – the beginning of the Swiss Alps. Swiss cabin, next to The Whitepods is at a 45-minute drive from Montreux or a 1h30 drive from Geneva airport.
It faces the renowned ski resort Villars and stands above the city of Monthey.
Accommodations & Meals

Swiss cabins for its perfect alliance
between ecology and luxury.
These cozy cocoons invite you to a unique
getaway, with an incredible view of the valley.
During your stay, we will attend to your every need, ensuring an unforgettable experience.

The meals are will be a balance of healthy with saouvy flavors staying with the
traditions of the region.

A detailed and comprehensive schedule will be sent to you one week prior to the retreat.
*Please note classes are for all levels of yoga.

Friday evening at 18:30 and finish off on
Sunday late afternoon.
All classes are given in English & French
