Yoga sculpt is a mix between Vinyasa Flow and Bootcamp. Starting it off slow and steady, you'll soon feel the heat, the strength and the power you can build in a sculpt class. Squats, push-ups, cardio, none of your muscles will be left apart! Best part of it?! The feeling of great accomplishment at the end and the pleasure of a well deserved savasana We meet every Tuesday at either La Plage de la Savonnière or La Ferme Saint-Maurice depending on weather. Please note the cancellation policy for all bookings is 24 hrs. Cancelled classes after that time will be charged the full amount for the class. If a class is cancelled before the 24 hours deadline, you will be refunded the same way you made the payment.
